Toyota factory purpose-built - disability, hand controls, wheelchair lift for the wheelchair-dependent driver needing hand controls - accelerator, brake, hand brake, indicators and horn on one centrally mounted control stick.
Immediately behind the driver's seat is a Toyota factory wheelchair lifter/hoist, which pushes out electrically through the electrically operated sliding door.
This arm lifts and pushes the wheelchair out of the vehicle in a special cradle.
